Thanks to INITS we could participate the first start-up focused organizational development workshop in Vienna. Anyline, Eversport, ISTmobil and we, took the change to reflect our organizational approach under fast changing environments. We learnt a lot, especially how Holacracy can help us to increase agility, efficiency, transparency, innovation and accountability within our organization.  Most startups are so much concerned with business plan and product development, that they completely forgot on their own organization. This error creeps in sometimes very early, which later become a habit. OrgDesign-lab incubator, Bingenium, dwarfs and Giants, Neuwaldegger Alumni & INiTS have four startups Anyline, Eversport, ISTMobil and Mopius challenged with this topic.
With experts, they have problems in their internal organization on the track and tried to find solutions. Participants told the incubator, what lessons they took with them from the training.
